On top of the NES annual leave, an employee who works, or is required to be on call, on any part of 26 or more weekends in a year of employment is entitled to an additional week of annual leave on the same terms. For the NES extra week for shiftworkers, the term shiftworker refers to a continuous shiftworker under the award definition.
