What does A9 require?

Any drainage exits, hand basins included, must have barriers fitted (fine mesh or a water trap, for example) so that animals, invertebrates included, and plants or viable GM plant material cannot move into or out of the facility through the drains. The note says a hand basin can use a water trap.
