Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Invertebrate Facility (Version 3.1) B18: Lifting a suspension

What does B18 require?

Before a suspension can be lifted, a suitably skilled person (by training, qualifications, experience or a mix) must inspect the facility against the General conditions and the Facility and fittings conditions to confirm it meets the conditions of certification. Dealings must not restart until the Regulator lifts the suspension by written notice, and any GMOs stored in the suspended facility must be kept as the Regulator's GMO transport, storage and disposal guidelines require.
