Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Invertebrate Facility (Version 3.1) B13: Signs at each access door

What does B13 require?

Every access door, other than emergency exits, must carry on or beside it a current PC2 sign supplied by the OGTR and, if any dealings use GM micro-organisms (viral vectors included, where their parent organism meets the AS/NZS 2243.3 Risk Group 2 criteria), a biohazard symbol, placed so anyone entering can clearly see it is a certified PC2 facility. Signs may sit on a removable backing board or frame, provided it is fixed to the door or wall and never moved to another location.
