Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Constant Temperature Room (Version 2.1) C5: Removing protective equipment before leaving

What does C5 require?

Any personal protective equipment must come off before leaving the room and then be thrown away or kept in a space set aside for storing or hanging it. Gloves aside, this does not apply when going straight on to another containment facility that holds Regulator certification at PC2 or higher and is joined directly to the room, or reached through a corridor, stairway or other area that the public does not pass through, where the risk of cross-contamination is negligible should other personnel be met or touched along the way.
