Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Constant Temperature Room (Version 2.1) C14: Hand decontamination before leaving

What does C14 require?

Anyone whose hands have become contaminated with GMOs in the room must decontaminate them before leaving. The guideline notes that soap and water may do where appropriate, and that if wash basins are used, hand-operated taps are unacceptable because they readily spread contamination.
