The platform provider checks, and displays on the platform, for each person offering supports and each person they engage: whether an NDIS banning order is in force; whether an aged care banning order under the Aged Care Act 2024, or under the former Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018, is in force; that the person holds the credentials or qualifications shown on the platform; for individuals, that they hold a worker screening clearance; and general information about how credentials are checked. Applies from 1 January 2027.
