A registered NDIS digital platform provider must not let a person represent through the platform that it can provide supports under participants' plans unless the person has given evidence that it (if an individual) and each individual it employs or engages to provide the supports holds a current NDIS worker screening clearance, and the provider is not aware that any clearance has ceased. Applies from 1 January 2027.
