Indicators: policies, procedures and practices that actively prevent them; information about advocates and help to access one where an allegation is made; allegations and incidents acted on, the participant supported, details and outcomes of reviews and investigations recorded, and action taken to stop recurrence. Incident management and reportable incident duties under NDIS Act ss 73Y and 73Z apply alongside.
