Aged Care Quality Standards (Australia) ACQS25-1.4: 15-10(4) Services free from discrimination, abuse and neglect, with dignity, respect and privacy

What does ACQS25-1.4 require?

The provider must deliver funded aged care services in a way that (a) is free from all forms of discrimination, abuse and neglect, (b) treats individuals with dignity and respect, and (c) respects their personal privacy (see s 23 and s 144 of the Act).
