Australia NDIS Code of Conduct Rules 2018 s6-1-c: s 6(1)(c) Provide supports and services safely and competently, with care and skill

Every Code-covered person provides supports and services in a safe and competent manner, with care and skill. The provider makes sure workers have the training, competence and qualifications for the supports delivered, services follow relevant professional codes, work health and safety requirements are met, records are accurate and kept securely, and appropriate insurance is held; a worker works within their competence and raises gaps in training.
