A person ASQA considers may hold VET student records of a training organisation or former RTO provides a copy within the period in ASQA's written request, in the specified electronic form where required (s 212). When a student transfers and records move from one RTO to an NVR registered training organisation at the student's or the receiving RTO's request, the receiving RTO notifies ASQA in writing of the transfer (s 213(2)).
