Australia National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 DPR-7-7A: DPR new ss 7 and 7A Report nationally recognised school training and clear AVETMISS backlog before the switch day

From 1 October 2026 (or first registration after it), for nationally recognised training delivered as part of a school curriculum, an NVR registered training organisation either provides the data under the new quarterly rules (where the VET Information Standard elements cover it) or keeps submitting AVETMISS data under the National VET Provider Collection Data Requirements Policy, and before the first day it reports school training under the new rules it submits any outstanding AVETMISS data for that training.
