Until its transition day an NVR registered training organisation provides AVETMISS data as the National VET Provider Collection Data Requirements Policy requires (DPR s 7). From its transition day it keeps its VET dataset complete: all data available to it (including data generated or held by its contractors, subcontractors, their employees, volunteers and third parties delivering training or assessment for it) for every relevant VET Information Standard Part A element, for every student enrolled and every course provided, delivered through the direct pathway (to NCVER through a National VET data system) or the indirect pathway (to a state training authority under an arrangement), in the Standard's format, within one month after the start of the quarter following the quarter in which the data became available (new ss 6 to 6D). Inaccurate or incomplete data counts as not provided (new s 6E). An organisation granted an exemption provides the aggregate data the Exemptions Policy specifies each quarter and complies with the Policy's requirements (new s 6A).
