An entity whose registration is cancelled or withdrawn ensures that all reportable data available to it immediately before the cancellation or withdrawal has been provided to NCVER (or to its state training authority under an indirect pathway arrangement) before that time, even if earlier than the normal quarterly deadline, and provides more accurate or complete data within the 30-day extended reporting period after cancellation or withdrawal where earlier data was inaccurate or incomplete.
