Children, families, staff and volunteers understand how complaints are handled, and the process is culturally safe. Indicators: staff and volunteers know their roles, reporting and privacy duties and how to respond to disclosures, and feel supported to challenge breaches of the Code; children know who to talk to and what will happen.
