11.01 Contracted PoCT services: where the practice coordinates point of care testing for a health service, hold an agreement that specifies each party's roles and responsibilities

11.06 PoCT procedures: in addition to the practice's test procedures, ensure PoCT procedures include traceability of samples to the original specimen, patient and device, include reference intervals for identifiable patient groups, and are audited regularly for workforce compliance
11.07 PoCT test results: ensure results and related information from point of care devices are included in the patient's healthcare record, automatically where possible
