Australia National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) ncc-s33: National Credit Code s 33 Give periodic statements of account

A credit provider must give the debtor periodic statements of account, no longer apart than the maximum period: 40 days for credit cards, up to 3 months by agreement for other continuing credit, 12 months for reverse mortgages and 6 months otherwise, unless an exemption applies.
