Water velocity in non-drinking water pipework must not exceed 3 metres per second for at least 99 per cent of the peak hour. Access must be provided to components needing maintenance or replacement and means of isolation to components needing testing, maintenance or replacement. Deemed-to-Satisfy is AS/NZS 3500.1.
