Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r440-443: rr 440 to 443 Obtain asbestos monitoring reports and share with the worker, regulator and other PCBUs

The PCBU takes all reasonable steps to obtain the practitioner's report as soon as practicable (worker and practitioner details, date, any advice of possible asbestos-related disease, remedial recommendations and counselling), gives the worker a copy as soon as practicable, gives the regulator a copy where it contains disease advice or remedial recommendations, and gives copies to other PCBUs with the same duty.
