Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r21: r 21 HSR training entitlement: initial course up to 5 days and 1 day refresher each year

For s 72 of the Act an HSR is entitled to attend a regulator-approved initial WHS course of up to 5 days and up to 1 day of refresher training each year, starting 1 year after the initial training; the PCBU allows attendance with paid time and costs met as s 72 requires, and may agree to further training.
