Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r19: r 19 Do not unreasonably delay an HSR election

A PCBU at a workplace does not unreasonably delay the election of a health and safety representative once workers have sought one, for example by stalling work group negotiations, withholding facilities or disputing timing without cause.
