Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r149: r 149 Disconnect unsafe electrical equipment until repaired, tested, replaced or removed

A PCBU ensures electrical equipment under its control that there are reasonable grounds to believe is unsafe is disconnected or isolated from supply and, once disconnected, is not reconnected until repaired or tested and found safe, or is replaced or permanently removed.
