Australia Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Cth) s74: s 74 Give the insured a written statement of all policy terms on written request

When the insured asks in writing, the insurer gives a written statement setting out all the provisions of the contract, unless it has already given such a statement. Failure is an offence (300 penalty units).
