Portfolio agencies must report against their IPP targets in the IPPRS, which the NIAA manages. The system automatically attributes AusTender contracts awarded to enterprises registered with Supply Nation or ORIC to the relevant Portfolio, and captures subcontracts to Indigenous enterprises reported by suppliers under MMR contracts. Relevant Commonwealth entities must ensure their MMR suppliers report performance quarterly through the IPPRS. Portfolios must manually report the contracts the system cannot see: subcontracts with Indigenous enterprises not related to an MMR or reported by a supplier, contracts and purchases under 10,000 dollars including credit card purchases, for prescribed corporate Commonwealth entities contracts under 7.5 million dollars for construction or 400,000 dollars otherwise, contracts with Indigenous enterprises not registered with Supply Nation or ORIC, and contracts awarded by other corporate Commonwealth entities. Reporting may be entered at any time and must be complete by the deadline the NIAA notifies each year, typically around 42 days after the end of the financial year.
