Australia Food Standards Code Standard 3.3.1 Food Safety Programs for Food Service to Vulnerable Persons 1-2: Application to delivered meals organisations that are food businesses processing ready-to-eat potentially hazardous food for six or more vulnerable persons (clause 1(2))

What does 1-2 require?

A delivered meals organisation is also caught if it is a food business, processes food for at least six vulnerable persons at one time, and what it serves is ready-to-eat and includes potentially hazardous items. A meals-on-wheels style organisation that cooks or reheats meals is caught; one that only transports meals is not.
