The business does not permit live animals where food is handled, other than seafood, fish or shellfish, and takes all practicable measures to stop pests entering the premises and to eradicate and prevent pest harbourage on the premises and in the parts of vehicles used to transport food. It permits an assistance animal (as referred to in s 9 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992) in customer areas. It may permit a dog that is not an assistance animal in an outdoor dining area (not enclosed, not used for food preparation, and reachable by the public without passing through an enclosed area), and, from 13 August 2025, a cat or dog that is not an assistance animal in an aircraft dining or drinking area if it is in a leak proof container that prevents physical contact between a food handler and the animal.
