Australia Food Standards Code Standard 3.2.2 Food Safety Practices and General Requirements cl23: Clause 23 Single use items

The business takes all practicable measures to ensure single use items (including disposable gloves) that are contaminated, or reasonably suspected of being contaminated, do not come into contact with food or a person's mouth. Single use items meant to touch food or the mouth are protected from contamination until used and are not reused.
