Australia Food Standards Code Standard 1.2.1 Requirements to Have Labels or Otherwise Provide Information 1.2.1-12to13: Label packaged food sold to caterers, or supply labelling with it

Packaged food sold to a caterer must bear a label with the information in section 1.2.1-15. When there are several layers of packaging the label need not sit on the outer pack if the name and lot identification are on the outer pack and the supplier details are on the outer pack or in accompanying documents. Unpackaged food and unobscured fresh fruit and vegetables need no label, but labelling with the same information must be provided to the caterer with the food.
