ASIC Regulatory Guide 274 Product Design and Distribution Obligations (Australia) RG274.217-220: Distributors: report complaints and the TMD-specified information to the issuer within 10 business days after each period

A distributor must give the issuer in writing whether it received complaints about the product in the reporting period and how many, and the other information the TMD specifies, within 10 business days after the end of each reporting period.
