AS 3740:2021 Waterproofing of Domestic Wet Areas 2.3.1: 2.3.1 Falls in the substrate under the membrane

Where the wet area needs a floor waste, the membrane goes onto a substrate falling toward that waste at 1:100 or steeper, so water does not pond on the substrate. Clause 4.4.2 applies the same fall at installation.
