An entity enrolled on 30 March 2026 that had at least one Part A independent review under the 2007 Rules meets the evaluation frequency in its policies if its first independent evaluation is done before the later of 4 years after that last review and 31 March 2027. Newly regulated tranche 2 entities, newly regulated virtual asset providers and entities whose services were all item 54 services have until a date set by the last two digits of their enrolment identifier: 30 June 2029 (both odd), 31 December 2029 (odd then even), 30 June 2030 (both even) or 31 December 2030 (even then odd).
