The operator must report to the Commissioner each quarter the number and type of complaints and reportable incidents received, referred or handled for each registered provider and worker, the entities and individuals removed from the platform and why, and aggregate numbers of workers, providers, other entities and individuals served; display the Statement of Rights prominently to people using the platform to access funded aged care services; keep for at least 7 years records of each complaint and incident report and its handling and referral, the workers, providers and associated providers on the platform, services delivered and who delivered them, removals and reasons, and correction requests and responses; give individuals (and, with consent, supporters, advocates or providers) their information on request in a timely manner; and correct inaccurate records. Contravention of section 189 is a civil penalty of 250 penalty units.
