Workstations support ergonomics: desktop monitors (or laptop set-ups with external devices or monitors) adjustable for height, angle and distance; at least 25% of office workstations adjustable for sitting and standing; workstation chairs with adjustable seat height, adjustable or shallow seat pan and adjustable lumbar support, backrest angle or armrests; at least two supports (anti-fatigue flooring, toe space, footrest, sit-stand stool) where staff stand for half their hours or more; and an orientation for all eligible employees on adjustability, how to adjust and reference resources.
