Early in planning a stakeholder charrette brings together the owner, facilities manager, designers, contractors, occupants and (where relevant) community members to identify occupant health needs and health promotion objectives and set goals for health, resilience, energy and resources, water and ecosystems, material cycles, community inclusion and local environment; orientation tours explain operations and policies to stakeholders and new employees; and a health-oriented mission reflecting those goals is established and shared with occupants.
