Pointer targets are at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels, except where undersized targets are spaced so a 24 pixel circle centred on each does not intersect another target or circle, an equivalent conforming control exists on the page, the target is inline or constrained by the line height of surrounding text, its size is set by the user agent and unmodified, or a particular presentation is essential or legally required. (new in 2.2)
