Victoria Surveillance Devices Act 1999 9C: s 9C No communication or publication of records from permitted devices in those rooms, outside the permitted channels

No one knowingly passes on or publishes a recording or account of what was seen or heard by an optical or listening device operated in one of those rooms under a s 9B(2) exception, except in the channel matching that exception: protected information from a warrant or authorisation; release that Commonwealth national security law allows; or release the liquor legislation or the licence itself allows. Penalty as for s 9B; s 32A applies.
