The initial owner of land affected by an owners corporation must act honestly, in good faith and with due care and diligence in the interests of the owners corporation when exercising rights under the Act, must take all reasonable steps to enforce any domestic building contract it entered into for the land, and must not use its position to gain an advantage (for example by setting fees or lot liabilities that favour unsold lots). The section applies until the initial owner ceases to own a majority of lots or the time the section specifies.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
