A person must not, alone or in partnership, carry out any function as the manager of an owners corporation for fee or reward unless registered under Part 12 (60 penalty units). A person is ineligible if under 18, a represented person, an insolvent under administration, disqualified from managing corporations, a corporation whose director is ineligible, or disqualified by the other grounds section 179 lists (including certain convictions, subject to the permission procedure in section 182A).
