The applicant for registration of the plan must establish the owners corporation register and the owners corporation must maintain it, in the form section 149 and the regulations require. It must record the plan number and address, the name and address of each lot owner, the manager's name, registration number and contact details, total and per-lot lot liability and lot entitlement and their basis, the insurance held, the rules, any leases or licences of common property, delegations, VCAT and court orders, contracts, and the other matters section 148 and regulation 21A list. The register must be available for inspection free of charge to owners, mortgagees and purchasers, with copies at a capped fee.
