On request by a lot owner, a mortgagee or purchaser of a lot or their representative, the owners corporation must make its records available for inspection at any reasonable time free of charge, and on payment of a reasonable fee (capped by regulation 12) must provide copies. Section 172 allows an application to VCAT to restrict access to information in limited cases.
