A lot owner who does not occupy the lot must give the occupier a copy of the rules at the start of occupation and a copy of the consolidated rules as soon as possible after they are lodged with the Registrar. An occupier must comply with the Act, the regulations and the rules, must not use or neglect the common property in a manner likely to damage it, and under section 141A must ensure guests comply with the rules.
