Committee meetings may be called by the chairperson, the secretary or any two members with the notice section 109 requires; a quorum is a majority of members and proceedings follow regulation 9A. Minutes of committee meetings must be kept (section 114), the committee must report to each annual general meeting on its activities (section 115), and sub-committees report to the committee (section 116).
