A relevant entity (Schedule 1 entity, prescribed entity or member of a prescribed class, or individual carrying on a prescribed business for children) complies with every Child Safe Standard and minimum requirement as gazetted, and keeps evidence that it does. Non-compliance exposes the entity to notices to produce and notices to comply, civil penalties, injunctions, adverse publicity orders, official warnings, infringement notices, enforceable undertakings and publication of non-compliance by its sector regulator (Part 6 Division 3).
