Citizens' personal data must be stored in line with the Law's principles. Biometric and genetic data of individuals, and data of users of telecommunications operators working in Uzbekistan, must be stored in Uzbekistan. Other personal data may be stored and processed abroad only if the foreign state is recognised as giving equal protection (a list set by the Cabinet of Ministers), or the operator adopts and follows standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules meeting requirements approved by the authorised body, or it follows international data management and storage standards on a list approved by that body.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
