Personal databases that must be stored in Uzbekistan under Article 27-1 part two must be registered in the State Register of Personal Databases by notification to the authorised body; databases of members of associations, data made public by the subject, name-only lists, one-time access lists, automated state systems, non-automated processing and employment data are not registered. The owner or operator must report each change in registration details within ten calendar days.
