For each Agent (other than a professional services contractor under an approved contract) paid by the Applicant or the CDC, it completes SBA Form 159 per the instructions (separate form per Agent and per application, each service itemized, in-kind compensation itemized, itemization above the SOP threshold, Third Party Lender loan fees excluded), signed by Applicant, Agent and CDC; uploads it with support to the Corporate Governance Repository within 30 calendar days after the debenture funds; lists all Forms 159 in its Annual Report; and keeps the original.
