A dietary supplement must bear a 'Supplement Facts' panel listing the serving size, servings per container, the calories and the 101.36(b)(2) nutrients present in more than insignificant amounts with their percent Daily Value, then the other dietary ingredients (botanicals with the part of the plant and the Latin binomial where no standardised common name exists, amino acids, metabolites, extracts) with their quantitative amounts per serving and a 'Daily Value not established' footnote symbol, and proprietary blends with the total weight of the blend and the components in descending order. The panel follows the graphic and type-size requirements of 101.36(e), ingredients not listed in the panel appear in an 'Other ingredients' statement, and the label carries the 101.3(g) identity ('dietary supplement' or 'herbal supplement'), the net quantity, and the name and place of business. Supplements containing certain nutrients must also comply with the 101.17 iron warning and 101.93 statements rules.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
