Each covered system reviews its assessment at least once every five years after its certification deadline to decide whether to revise it, and on completing the review certifies to EPA that it reviewed and, if applicable, revised it; the second cycle falls due on 31 March 2025, 31 December 2025 and 30 June 2026 by size, with EPA's population list for the cycle fixed on 31 March 2024.
