US EPA Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) - Cybersecurity Requirements 1433(a)(3)(A): SDWA 1433(a)(3)(A) Certify the assessment to EPA by the statutory deadline

What does 1433(a)(3)(A) require?

Each covered system submits to EPA a certification that it conducted an assessment complying with (a)(1), before 31 March 2020 (population 100,000 or more), 31 December 2020 (50,000 to 99,999) or 30 June 2021 (3,301 to 49,999); the certification contains only the system's identity, the date and the statement ((a)(4)), and the assessment itself is not sent to EPA. EPA cannot extend the deadlines; a missed certification is noncompliance enforceable under section 1414.
